Wesley College’s Tau Beta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society inducted 1 graduate student and 10 undergraduate nursing students on Sunday, April 14, 2019 in Johnston Hall.
Graduate nursing student, Sheila DiRocco, and undergraduate nursing students – Cowan Cummings, Katie Glidden, Katherine King, Lisa Leidy, Briahna Marshall, Taylor Thompson, Riley Wehde, Wesley White, Dania Wootson and Brittany Yeo were invited into membership to Sigma because of their high academic standing and personal integrity.
- Undergraduate Nursing students who have completed at least 1/2 of the nursing curriculum, rank in the upper 35% of their graduating class and have achieved academic excellence ( GPA of at least 3.0) are eligible for induction.
- Master’s nursing students who have completed at least 1/4 of the nursing curriculum and have achieved a GPA of at least 3.5 are also eligible for induction.
