Three Wolverines capture NJAC weekly honors

Three Wesley College football players were named New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Players of the Week for their performance in Wesley’s 45-27 win over RPI in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

Junior wide receiver Alex Kemp earns the final NJAC Offensive Player of the Week selection after finishing the game with 239 yards of total offense, including 11 receptions for 149 yards and a touchdown. He also was a factor in the run game, carrying three times for 90 yards a touchdown. A first-team all-conference selection, Kemp is the fourth different Wolverine to earn NJAC Offensive Player of the Week honors this season. He currently ranks third in the NJAC in receiving yards (76.4 per game).
