Human Resources Director
Dawn is the Director of Human Resources at Wesley College. She brings over 20 years of tactical and strategic Human Resources experience to the table working in manufacturing, banking and media industries. Dawn is responsible for providing strategic leadership in support of the Wesley College mission and direct oversight of the Human Resources Department. The scope of her responsibilities includes all aspects of employment, including recruitment and retention, employee relations, training and development, organizational and performance management, as well as responsibility for compliance with legal and government reporting requirements affecting human resources and benefit plans. Dawn also serves as the College’s Title IX Coordinator and is responsible for all compliance and management of such process. Dawn obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from The College of New Jersey. Dawn joined Wesley College November 2019.
Payroll and Benefits Manager
Brenda is responsible for the full-cycle processing of timely, accurate, and compliant semi-monthly payroll for all Faculty, Staff and Student Employees and acting as the liaison with ADP, Inc. She is responsible for managing relationships with Wesley College’s benefit and retirement vendors ensuring a smooth enrollment and separation process. Brenda has an extensive tax background and has been working closely with staff on the Wesley Payroll and human resource teams since May 2012. Brenda is a State of Delaware retiree and has her Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Marketing and Bachelor of Science degree in Management with an emphasis on staff training and development from Wilmington University. Brenda joined Wesley College in May 2012.
