Experimental Program to Stimulate Research (EPSCoR), is a federal grant program (EPS-1301765) from the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Delaware Economic Development Office (DEDO). Partners in the Delaware EPSCoR Research and Infrastructure Improvement Program RII-3 Grant are University of Delaware, Delaware State University, Wesley College, and Delaware Technical Community College.
