Wesley Baccalaureate Service Recognizes Students

Wesley students received academic stolesWesley College Baccalaureate Service for the Class of 2017 was held at Bennett Chapel on Friday, May 5 at 4:00 p.m. The event was a religious service to commemorate students for the completion of their undergraduate education.

During the ceremony, 61 Wesley students were presented their academic stoles from a family member or another important influence in their educational development. The academic stole is a cloth scarf to denote such things as academic achievements, membership of organizations and heritage.

Several students were also awarded Honor Medallions including: Taylor Adkins, Ariel Bilbrouugh, Kenneth Ciccoli, Robert Dina, Courtney Gross, Andreanna Jeffries, Darren Jones, Kylie Liberty, Elisabeth Lindstrom, Sarah Lynch, Bradford Olivo, Terrance Olivo, Mariah Payne, Allison Perugini, Elizabeth Schlecker, Emily Temple, Brooke Thompson and Alysia Welsh.
