Second-half surge lifts No. 13/13 Wesley over RPI in NCAA First Round

The 13th ranked Wesley College football rallied from a halftime deficit to take a 45-27 victory over RPI on Saturday in the first round of the 2017 NCAA Division III Football Playoffs.

The game featured four lead changes and three ties before Wesley put the game away in the fourth quarter.

As a team, the Wolverines picked up 566 yards of total offense. Wide receiver Alex Kemp led the offense with 239 total offensive yards. He notched 11 catches for 149 yards and a receiving touchdown. Kemp also ran the ball three times for 90 yards and a touchdown on the ground.
