Wesley welcomed the first Nursing class in 1967, and these students graduated in 1969, making them the first Nursing graduates in Wesley history. To commemorate the last 50 years, Wesley will be celebrating from 2017-2019 to represent the induction and commencement of this historical class.
Over the last 50 years, Wesley’s Nursing program continues to strive for success and exceed their goals. The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) class of 2016 had an NCLEX-RN pass rate of 89.29%. The six to nine month post-graduation survey shows the employment rate for the class of 2016 was 100%.
In 2016, 100% of the students in the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program graduated and were employed in positions requiring the MSN degree.
Wesley has continued to introduce more programs for the Nursing community to gain further knowledge and experience in their fields. Wesley offers, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), a Post Master’s Certificate in Adult Gerontology for the CNS, and an online Post Master’s Certificate in Nursing Education.
